Train for your first race!
Have you ever seen a race and wanted to do it, but thought “there is no way.”? Well, there is! You can do it! You are powerful! We have training plans for all levels with a focus specifically for beginning runners. You can choose a run/walk method, the distance, pace and we set goals specific to you. You can do it, trust me. You can train on your own with a custom plan, train one-on-one with your coach or train with a small group. All options have one-on-one consulting, access to scheduled group runs and 10-16 weeks of weekly check-ins. We will train for a specific local race and you will be guided through the entire process with a training plan, cross-training, nutritional tips, best practices for performance, registration and race day meet-ups to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Join our running group
Join us for a run! All levels welcome with a no-pressure atmosphere. This is the best way to start if you need some accountability, or if you like to have some company along the way; meet new people and empower each other. Running groups are the way to go. These are what you make it; fun and easy runs to help get you started, or training days to help you reach your goal.

Youth fun-run program
The youth running program is a great way to engage kids in a healthy activity that’s fun, social and physically beneficial. We focus on making running fun, getting kids moving and emphasizing self-confidence through 10 weeks of guided topics.
